Those of you who are either hungry for an income as fast as possible. Or simply don’t want to wait a whole week for the next Live lesson to be delivered. Those who don’t care to conform to a group, and in fact feel held back in doing so. We have students who do very well with the Intensive course, as they are able to take the bull by the horns and get to their desired income faster. We are there to help you just like in the Flex D.I.Y. package, but on standby to assist you several times more per week if needed, since you’re moving through the material faster. *This course is 100% Independent, 100% faster, and for those who don’t need hand holding.

City Selection

Our “Ground Zero” week of class is Intro & Orientation, i.e. the “Why” for this business, what it can earn you, how it works, etc. to acquaint you with the material. But on this 2nd week of class, we get into the crux of establishing your business: City Selection! Using a secret strategy, we teach you how to PRECISION-select a Central city to target, and 4 surrounding Suburbs which will “feed” that City. And we teach you how to evaluate (and mitigate) the “competition”.

Website Editing & SEO

Utilizing a SUPER SIMPLE and fast form of SEO that ANYONE (even newbies!) can do, we teach you how to plug in and make small “edits” (tweaks) to a ready-made website we PROVIDE you, in order to satisfy Google’s “unique content” parameters. It’s fun, and before you realize what happened, you’ve just performed your first round of SEO!! Picking from the services niche: Electrician, HVAC, Home Remodeling, Plumbing, etc. as the very first type of Tradesman you will help.

Mapping Locations

Next we move into how to lock down your cities, by getting them “google-pinned”, i.e. establishing a web presence for your shadow Trade website. (The website and map pin are what will facilitate the incoming phone calls, from people looking for Electricians, Plumbers, etc. in YOUR chosen cities.) The Map Pin is SUPER key, and we take you from A-Z of sticking that Bad Boy in! Next week we go more in depth, and bring this portion of the training full circle, as 2 weeks are needed here.

Ranking In Map-Pack

Expounding on the prior week’s lesson, we teach you how to leverage our N-S-E-W pin methodology, in order to fuel a “4 corners” approach for getting the PHONE CALLS/LEADS to start FLOODING in at an aggressive rate. (Leads that you will be Flipping to business owners!!) We also establish your “whisper” line, to harvest those calls/leads. This line comes pre-equipped with a PROOF mechanism, to validate for your Client that YOU generated the leads. And he will start loving you for it!!

Reviews & Citations

Nearing the finish line, the last order of business is STRENGTHENING your foothold in the Map-Pack, with Reviews & Citations. This obv. bolsters your listing in Map’s 3-pack, but just as importantly, gives customers the perception that YOU are the better choice of the other 2 competitors – so a large %’age of the (FLIPPABLE!) calls falls right in your lap. Am I just buying a class?

In the intonation of Chandler Bing, that couldn’t be any further than what you’re actually getting. The major thing we want you to grasp, is this is a FULL BUSINESS SETUP. With horse-led-to-water income. Like, we actually take you to it. We take you from thinking about Rank&Rent as a concept, to actually OPENING your own Mini-SEO Agency and GETTING CLIENTS. This is truly a Boxed Business that you’re purchasing. Nothing else exists like it, to lead you to an actual income.

How much does it cost?

We have a couple different choices, to suit all budgets. You can find our price packages HERE. Ask us if you need help deciding, or determining which one will provide the most benefit to your unique situation.

How long does it take?

It all depends on which method of course delivery you choose. If you do the Live Class, we stage it in a doable 4-6 weeks so as not to overwhelm you. We want to make sure to give you the self-assurance to roll out confidently and boldly. You could take longer or shorter, depending on what course you pick.

Am I guaranteed to pass?

Well it’s not really a ‘Pass’ or ‘Fail’ thing, except if you measure it in terms of who completed the lessons. In that regard, you pass if you simply do the modules – whether you attend a Live class, or work Independently and meet up with us separately. You pass if you follow the Blueprint we walk you through, and make it to Launch.

How long till I'm in profit?

This isn’t entirely answerable because it’s dictated by everyone’s personal situation and how dedicated they are to performing the steps. Some students will go faster, some will go slower. But we can say that if you do the 5 Skill Steps we teach you, from the point at which you “Go Live” with your Property and start receiving incoming Calls/Leads, you could get the call threshold to 30 Calls (which is the “flippable” barometer) as soon as your first week. You could start looking for a Client to flip to, and have one within your first 30-45 days.

Am I guaranteed to succeed?

See above question/answer. But generally speaking, the Rank&Rent model works in every case where effort is applied. Do the steps (which are easy as heck, why wouldn’t you follow through?!) and you will see fruit.

What days are the classes?

What we do when enrolling for a new class, is gather a group of about 10-12 students, and as each one enrolls, dispatch a welcome email and request for their availability. We put it all on a spreadsheet, analyze it, and try to reach a consensus and pick a day that works best for the majority. We shoot out the tentative day, see the reaction, and make sure it works for most folks.

Is your version of Rank&Rent better?

Only in every way. Not only do we teach the CONCEPT of Rank&Rent, supplying you with every shred of what you need to succeed with the model itself, but we also provide an actual VEHICLE to do it through. Turn-key, SEO-ready websites templates (which would be super difficult & time consuming to create yourself… and all you have to do is plug in and edit ours), all the Sample Emails, Ad Copy, Client Acquisition Materials, etc. and so much more. Not to mention the PARTNER PROGRAM, which supports you in every way so you can hit Milestone Markers, and get Clients upon graduation, and beyond!! NO OTHER R&R course has this.

Why is the price justified?

Everything that we described in the above FAQ – it’s OUTLANDISH that provide all that (and dedicate our time to show up to teach a class for 4-6 weeks) for a mere 1K. Over a total of 8 weeks (including roll-out) it really doesn’t break down to that much money for us. Other R&R courses cost 6K-8K, and provide NONE of what we do. Typically they’re just video installments, a “good luck” at the end, and maybe a Facebook group. Ours is an in-the-trenches-with-you approach, since we will be making money TOGETHER. (That’s why we keep the class fee low – we make our money on the back end, with the Partner Program. So we are HIGHLY motivated to help you succeed, because if YOU don’t make money, neither do we!!!) That being said, we do respect that money and affordability is all relative to the person’s situation. 1K might be a drop in the bucket to one guy, but a highly discretionary spend to another. Do it with the mindset that you are CREATING AN INCOME with it. In that regard, yes – price is justified.

What price packages do you offer?

5 kinds. See HERE for your options. Most of them come with HEROIC support, as well as guidance from our wisdom and experience in the Rank&Rent arena. This saves you time and mistakes – so you can bust through red tape, and get in profit quickly & with our help. All of the packages are great options. The smaller ones allow you to break into our Standard niche (Trades) and the bigger ones give you the leverage of creating a more substantial income with Top Tier niches like Doctors, Dentists, Cosmetic Surgery, Attorneys, etc. Pick the package you can afford, and the one that will produce your income goals in the timeframe you wish. What course options are available to choose from?

Flex, Pass Plus, and Intensive. Start HERE to put them in perspective for yourself. (Well, you did already if you’re on this page, but that’s where you can see all 3 course delivery options.) We created the packages like this because we took note of the students’ needs from the first class, and wanted to provide a range of options to accommodate people whether they can give a lot of time or a little. And whether they can attend Live, or have to work Independently. We made it so no matter what package you choose, you’re on an equal playing field, and can rock it no matter what!

What if I favor 2 of them and can't pick?

Well…although we think we pretty clearly delineated the choices, we do still have some people who pick a “Hybrid” of 2 courses. Like maybe they start out as Pass Plus (Live classes) but then morph into Flex or Intensive because they either have a personal issue and need to scale back and have another week to work on the lesson. Or, they simply want to step it up and go faster. You can evolve however you want. We adapt the material to YOUR needs. Ask us if you need help deciding, though.

Do you have a payment plan?

Not generally. We really require the 1K for the class upfront, as we need to see a commitment to your business, and we do have things to purchase for you on the back end (domains, phone lines, etc.) But if you have an extreme case, and really want to take the class, ask us and we’ll see if we can work something out with you.

What if I can't attend the Live class?

Then you can switch gears and go for the Flex or Intensive package. They’re just as great. You just won’t be in a group setting. But we will be right there with you, to have regular Meetups as you complete each module, and will keep you on track just as if you were attending Live. Of course the commitment part is up to you but we are there with a foot or an elbow to push you along. 😉

Does the course have a Money Back Guarantee?

Indeed it does. However, you must do your part in demonstrating that you took action with the material. No lazy or lame people allowed – it’s not a free ride. Rank&Rent as a concept works in every case where actual effort is applied. We’re so confident you can create an income with this vehicle, that we Money-Back-Guarantee your training (and no one does this): If at the end of your course, a) you do not feel you received tremendous value, and b) you can demonstrate that you took the efforts outlined in getting 4 pins (N-S-E-W) on the map to secure 1 location, callsling setup to harvest leads, and what efforts you took in getting the Property rented (including seeking out our assistance, if needed) then you may present your request. What if I miss/can't make one of the classes?

Then you go to detention. J/K LOL. No – that’s ok. We’ll help you make up the lesson. Life happens. You just do your best to be at all of them. If you miss one, we dispatch the module, you complete it, then we get together for a Meetup.

What if I need extra help/hand holding?

Then you’re in the right place. Especially if you pick the middle package. This is really a dream situation, where you get group and/or personal coaching to get this business not only established, but LAUNCHED. And not only launched, but THRIVING, and continuing to get more Clients. Hand holding is Brandy’s specialty.

What happens after I graduate?

Then the Fun begins! You finish getting your pins in the map. You host the incoming phone calls that the pin & website generate, you monitor the threshold of calls, you (with our help) deem the site Rentable, and (again with our help) go forth to get your first Client check! Then, you Repeat. Really it’s that simple once you know how to do it.

Is there any overhead to my business?

Yes naturally since this is an actual business. But small. There is a modest fee to establish each pin on the map (such as the supporting Reviews & Citations you will need.) Contact us for details on this. It’s not very much at all. And you never spend it or increase pins until you can afford to – you build out and expand at your own pace and affordability. How does the Partner Program benefit me?

Immensely. Not only do you get all the operational tools like Websites (from which to even have a basis for your SEO & pin), brokered Reviews & Citations, Ads & Marketing materials…. but you also get a smooth road to Client Acquisition by following the carefully designed steps we’ve blueprinted for your ease and simplicity. After doing Rank&Rent on his own for 3 years, Scott thought about our old teams, and how they could benefit from learning the skill, and had a vision that we could all make money TOGETHER at it. Theoretically we could have just taught a class, and made good income from that aspect alone. But it was really his brain-child of adding the PARTNER PROGRAM, and providing all the back-end stuff you guys need to make it work, that gave this whole thing wings.

Is the SEO part of the business hard?

No, because you’re not doing “regular” SEO. You’re not learning how to rank organically (on the google search listings down the page.) That would be a waaaaaay longer class. No. You’re doing a MINI form of SEO – simply breaking into the Map-Pack (or 3-pack) up top, when people search for a service provider, and see phone #’s and Reviews of 3 people to call. That’s MUCH easier. It’s a simple enough process, you just need to know how to do it properly. This class shows you, in bite-size pieces. We explain it so if you’re 7 or 70, you can understand it.

Is it difficult to Rank the site?

No because the Trade website templates we provide have built-in SEO framework, and all the characteristics that make it rank-ready. It was an exhaustive process for Scott to design the Demos, but they are pre-filled in with the stuff that Google likes. You just come in and tweak them, with the relevant data that correlates to your Central City & Suburbs. This is Week 2’s lesson, and it’s a Skill that’s very easy to pick up. But we take our time and show you exactly how.

Is it difficult to Rent the site?

No because once you have the supporting phone calls/leads coming in through the callsling/whisper line, the site is a COMMODITY at that point. The calls are coming from people in real-time, who are looking for a plumber or electrician and ready to pay. You then will leverage our (zero cold call) system to locate a Client to rent the site to (i.e. a Plumber, who wants those sales calls!)

Is it difficult to Repeat the process?

Least hard part! In the class, we take you from beginning to end of rolling out your first Property. And once you know how to do 1 Property, you simply REPEAT the steps you were taught. Thereby 2X, 3X, 5X’ing your income, and getting $500+ per Client EVERY MONTH, RESIDUALLY. Though you will now know how, with the Partner Program, we are still there to help you roll out each one of them.

Will I be cold calling Clients?

Hell no. How could we leave behind biz opps only to go into an activity as annoying as Cold Calling? LOL! No, we use STRATEGY to get Clients interested remotely first, and get THEM asking for a phone call to rent the Site & Leads from you. No cold calling whatsoever. The final lesson of the class is Launch, and we extensively cover the topic of your first Flip.

Will you be close by if I need help?

Like a barnacle. You would have to reject every attempt of us trying to help you make money, to really screw this up. You will have more than all the support you need. Not just to equip you with a skill set. But to also boost your morale and your belief. We’re here to encourage you. Is this class always available?

Definitely not. Scott teaches the class, but Brandy does the support, and she keeps it manageable for herself by only helping (new) groups of 10-12 people at a time. That’s why we don’t have payment buttons on the site. You have to contact us to see if we have a class open, or have one opening soon. Or maybe we won’t do one for months.
